Fee Income Management System
/service/fee-income-management-system/
The Fee Income Management System (FIMS) allows us to view live data direct from Quercus. It also enables us to make notes against individual student records, record student interactions and actions taken on the account. This note is visible to all users. We print letters directly from this system that automatically populate with student details and total debt outstanding. All correspondence is saved against the student record so we are able to have an audit trail of what letters have been issued. FIMS also displays all transactions from efinancials including SLC and student invoices and payments. As each team member is responsible for a specific group of students we make custom reports from the primary report that are saved within our own FIMS login using filters. We also have the option to export reports in to Excel.
