Admissions Online is a portal which presents UCAS and GTTR application forms electronically. It allows academic and administrative staff to make decisions and assign feedback to the applicants, which feeds in to the Admissions Web Portal and indicates which decisions need to be included in the next UCAS export. This is an online database which requires only an internet browser to run. Access to this service is granted via the Admissions team. This service is available off-site. Authentication is by means of your network username and password although access must be granted by Admissions department.

Collaborative Planning is a budget forecast tool. Collaborative Planning enables data to be extracted from an existing financial system (eFinancials) to be used in the budget creation and control process. The results of the budget or forecast exercise can be exported back to the integrated financial system.

Pre-Entry Advice and Guidance Database

Allows staff within Admissions to track unsuccessful applications and provide advice for ongoing successful recruitment. The system records interventions and communications and facilitates reports.

Law Clinic

Administered by the Law school administrator and allows staff/students to request free legal advice from third year law students (supervised by a qualified member of staff). The booking form may be asked to be switched on and off at various times throughout the year: please note that this request is actioned within the Business Solutions team. Queries arising from the sign-up page are generally handled by the Law School administrator and forwarded on when necessary. Queries concerning the application itself will come directly from the Law School.

Reporting Accidents enables businesses to comply with legal requirements under social security and health and safety legislation, including Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) requirements.
